Million Air Austin (AUS), the premier Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, has broken ground on its highly anticipated&nbsp;Phase II expansion. At the heart of this $50 million investment is the construction of&nbsp;three new hangars totaling 120,000 square feet, now available for&nbsp;pre-leasing&nbsp;ahead of the project’s completion in April 2026.
The expansion is designed to meet the growing demand for premium aircraft storage in Austin, a city experiencing rapid growth as both a national business hub and international entertainment destination. With pre-leasing opportunities now, Million Air believes all hangar space will be committed before the ribbon cutting.

These facilities will complement Million Air Austin’s existing&nbsp;15,144 sq. ft. terminal and seven-hangar complex, a property designed with Texas Hill Country charm and built to deliver luxury, comfort, and efficiency. Guests are welcomed with a sky lounge bar, barista and refreshment bar, pilot’s lounge, conference rooms, and wraparound balcony overlooking the ramp—an experience that sets Million Air apart in private aviation hospitality.
“Our goal is to have these new hangars leased before the doors even open,” said Roger Woolsey, CEO of Million Air. “With more companies relocating their headquarters to Austin and the city’s constant draw for visitors, the demand for premium hangar space continues to outpace supply. This expansion allows us to meet that demand while elevating the first impression of Austin for those arriving by private aircraft.”
