Kerry Lynch stepped into the role of editor of the&nbsp;Aviation International News&nbsp;monthly magazine in May 2022 after serving with&nbsp;AIN&nbsp;for eight years. She joined&nbsp;AIN&nbsp;in December 2014 as a senior editor covering Washington and business aviation news. She has also served on Convention News teams, including as editor of&nbsp;HAI Convention News. Lynch previously spent 25 years with Aviation Week. During her time there, she reported for and later steered&nbsp;The Weekly of Business Aviation, oversaw business aviation content on the&nbsp;Aviation Week Intelligence Network, served on the&nbsp;Show News&nbsp;staff, and held roles as the Washington columnist for&nbsp;Business &amp; Commercial Aviation&nbsp;and&nbsp;Overhaul &amp; Maintenance&nbsp;monthly magazines. In 2021 she was honored with the National Business Aviation Association Platinum Wing Award for lifetime achievement in journalism and was the 2004 recipient of the National Air Transportation Association’s Aviation Journalism Excellence Award. She also has been a recipient of an Aerospace Media Award for business aviation (2022) and NBAA Gold Wing Award (2003, 2024). Lynch graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor of arts in journalism.

Business aviation market consultancy Rolland Vincent Associates (RVA) has launched a subscription-based industry intelligence and market analysis service, RVantage, and revealed plans to host an RVA Summit ‘27, a thought leadership conference series focused on the industry.
RVantage builds on RVA’s more than 15 years of delivering JetNet iQ reports. Rolland Vincent, JetNet iQ creator and president of RVA, <a href="https://www.ainonline.com/aviation-news/air-transport/2026-02-03/jetnet-iq-survey-be-renewed-and-rebranded">ended the partnership</a> with JetNet earlier this year&nbsp;but committed to continue providing the industry intelligence. RVantage will offer forward-looking insights backed by surveys and in-depth interviews with business aircraft owners, operators, and stakeholders.
“In today’s environment of heightened uncertainty, understanding customer sentiment and anticipating behavior has never been more critical,” Vincent said. “With RVantage, we combine statistically rigorous sampling with advanced analytics to deliver clear, actionable intelligence for business aviation decision-makers.” RVA’s clients are looking beyond data alone to independent perspectives as they make strategic decisions, he added.
RVA Summit ‘27, meanwhile, will bring together leaders to provide a forum for discussing the future of business aviation. The inaugural event—set for February 15 and 16 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.—will be in conjunction with GAMA's annual State of the Industry gathering. Vincent noted the Mayflower’s historical significance to aviation—President Calvin Coolidge honored Charles Lindbergh there with the Hubbard Medal (on behalf of the National Geographic Society) following Lindbergh’s nonstop New York-to-Paris flight in 1927.
